Ms. Fox is passionate about providing her clients with excellent representation through her compassionate and practical approach.

Ms. Fox has been an attorney since 2004, and she has passed the bar exams in both Virginia and Ohio. She has been admitted to federal courts and holds several certifications in addition to her bar admissions. Ms. Fox has worked on cases involving huge, international clients as well as individuals from all walks of life and of all ages. This diverse litigation background allows her to effectively advocate on behalf of a large variety of clients. She is dedicated to obtaining the best results for her clients for reasonable fees.

Throughout her career as an attorney, Ms. Fox has practiced law with some of the most well respected attorneys in their practice areas.  Ms. Fox began practicing law in 2004 with a top-notch, national complex business litigation firm in Dayton, Ohio.  She worked on multi-million dollar cases representing several of the nation’s leading businesses.  She obtained experience in both state and federal courts located all over the country working on cases in the areas of class action litigation, contractual and employment disputes, torts, false advertising and privacy law.

In 2008, Ms. Fox decided to move back to her hometown of Virginia Beach. She desired to put her litigation skills to use in other types of high-stakes litigation– where people’s families and freedom are on the line:  family law and criminal defense.

Ms. Fox decided to form Preston Fox, PC after gaining years of valuable experience in courtrooms throughout Hampton Roads.  She previously worked for law firms in Norfolk and Virginia Beach, concentrating her practice in domestic relations and criminal defense, but also working on collections and business litigation.
